Our Products
Our products are 3D printed in-house, to order or in small batches. Because of the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, surface texture, and layer appearance are normal and are not considered defects. Product photos are representative; the item you receive may vary slightly.
Some products contain small parts and are not intended for children under 3 years of age. Please use reasonable judgment when giving our products to young children.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to update prices at any time without notice — changes never affect orders already placed.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Most orders ship within 2–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are in the carrier’s hands, but we will always help you track down a wayward package.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. The short version: you have 30 days, and if we got something wrong, we will make it right.
Intellectual Property
Product designs are the property of their respective creators and are printed and sold by us under license. The content of this website — text, photos, and graphics — belongs to This Printed Thing. Purchasing a printed item does not transfer any design rights, and our products may not be reproduced for resale.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, This Printed Thing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
