Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Because our products are 3D printed to order, we ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if there is an issue.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item does not match the product description
  • You changed your mind (item must be unused and in original condition)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at shop@thisprintedthing.com.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item and would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to accommodate that. Contact us at shop@thisprintedthing.com to arrange an exchange.
